Damaged or Defective Items

Return Procedure

  • You must return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt. Returns attempted beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items cannot be returned.
  • Items showing signs of normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), if your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
